Hotbar items not becoming transparent Recipes beeing added correctly Nbt in recipes working

Actual Behavior

I was doing some pretty basic custom machines using gt and I ran into some problems. Thoses might be cross mod interactions since it is a pretty big modpack. 1) Hotbar items become transparent as soon as I put any gt item into it if they are left to it, including itsself. The others are fine 2) Only the tiny titanite assembler(First machine I defined in all scripts) gets its recipes added correctly, all other machines don't get any recipes 3) Since I was using custom machinery for machines before, I wanted to include them into some recipes, but since the machines are based on nbt, they don't seam to be displayed correctly in jei I also asked in the discord, but no one was able to help me, also sorry if I was beeing anoying in the discord, but I really wanted it to work, since it is a great mod.
