Fluid duplication with chemical reactor input slot #408

Expected Behavior

Refined storage importer NOT supposed to import fluids from input slots in gregtech chemical reactor

Actual Behavior

Refined storage importer imports fluids from the chemical reactor input slot and the fluid doesn't actually leave the chemical reactor so it keeps importing more and more until you break the block emptying it from the fluid

Steps to Reproduce

1} get chemical reactor 2) connect it to power 3) build refined storage fluid storage 4) get the fluid you need by using an extractor to melt the ingot for example and to auto-output the resulting fluid into the input slot of the chemical reactor 5) place a refined storage import on any side (I believe it doesn't need to be the side that has the auto-output in the chemical reactor ) connect the importer to your system and set it to fluid mode 6) find out that your entire system is full of X ( the fluid)

i hate this , it just happend with my electrolyzer , now I have 2 million buckets of saltwater
