Allows SMD diodes to be used in addition to regular diodes in low-tier diode block recipes.

Both diodes have no unification data so this does not impact recycling recipes.

Shouldn't Advanced SMD also be allowed? And shouldn't advanced SMD be allowed for Mid Tier Diodes as well?
