place EU power pass and then be sad because it doesn't work

gonna guess it only supports ICEU.

They did say that, along with a solution and the fact that they no longer support the 1.12.2 version (see https://github.com/ShetiPhian/Localizations-and-Issues/issues/439#issuecomment-2080380367 ), but I'm not a developer so I understood exactly 0% of what they said
