TOP show steam output of boiler only if fuel is burning #2632

Related Problem

Just an inconvenience. If the boiler has no fuel currently burning, but is still hot, TOP does not display how much steam the boiler produces.

Your Solution

Display steam output if the boiler is hot instead of if it has fuel.
