Improves the GUIs of steam and electric sieves to be consistent with the rest of CEu, and fixes alignment as well.
Improves the JEI page for Sieves such that they do not overlay with the recipe information.
Adds an HP Sieve and corresponding recipe.
Fixes an empty tooltip present for all electric sieves.
Fixes problems with Steam Sieves and running recipes resulting from previously using regular ItemStackHandlers for the inventory, instead of the Notifiable varieties.
