Handlers Name Space? #17

Which handler's namesapce is better, CleanArchitecture.Core.Services or CleanArchitecture.Core.Handlers? BTW, example handler ItemCompletedEmailNotificationHandler's namesapce is CleanArchitecture.Core.Services.
