As requested, this is now based on dev instead of main

Note: The dev branch contains a few tests (like kdata()) which directly reference /home/greg/doc/krn/hera/mk/hera_study_PO_EMA_2024.tm so I wasn't able to run those specific tests as-is.

Many thanks @s-rah for your feedback, your advice, and your precious time contributing to rust-spice. The functions you implemented will be very useful in the future use of the library!

I'm taking note of your reply and will try my best to deliver a script to automatise the download of kernels to be used in the tests. If you've another idea for the test's assets packaging, I'm taking them!

Please note all of this PR and contributions is still new to me, I've done the merge using git in the terminal and not using the Web GitHub interface. The merge can be found there: 4fd75ecb94938870478805b69254780e56fa2ccb. It gathers your commit and few commits I added on top of it.

Thank you again, and I wish you the best :)
