Allows to batch edit unit of measure of phenotypes in a study #166

Currently the unit of measure has to be selected for each phenotype separately.

Two possiblities:

  1. Allows the user to specify the unit of measure in the CSV file (easy)
  2. Implement batch editing in the UI (hard)
