The Reference allele count in the SNPViewer (https://gwas.gmi.oeaw.ac.at/#/genotype/snpviewer?region=Chr2%253A654358-654360&genotype=1&phenotype=4671) and in the detailed SNP view (https://gwas.gmi.oeaw.ac.at/#/genotype/snpviewer?region=Chr2%253A654358-654360&genotype=1&phenotype=4671&chr=2&position=654358) are different
