Combination of all Set-Commands for both users and servers instead of 5 million single ones #35

Creation of a full on menu of all settings to configure regarding both the singular user and the whole guild. Like Levelrewards, suggestionchannels, but moreso warnings of users etc. Just so nobody has to know which commands exist but just have to run one command and of that configure everything!

This still needs a command to turn level messages on and of to, just in case, disable the spam in the community inbox channel

This command is now implemented in /configure->automessages, though at the moment an unsupported operation, as JDA has to update and support selection menus in modals... So we're waiting for that to happen.

Provisionally completed in commit 9330885. Will be reworked as soon as description/information fields are supported in modals.
