Value set back to "00" sometimes when manually entering arrivals or departures #8

I have problem with what I mentioned in the title, arrival/departure sometimes (like 1 in 5 times) changes back to 00 after going to next slot or station (it is processed but then it changes to 00 in the schedule), I'm tired of playing TF2 today so I'll add some screenshots how it looks like later.

Attached images show what I'm trying to describe. In the first screenshot I've created the initial constraint and set the autogen parameters. As you can see, there's a difference between what I've input into the initial constraint and what is shown on the timetable.

This is the result if I auto-generate the timetable with these parameters:

Now, if I then delete this manually and re-generate, it will create a correct timetable.
