Import BeerXML #26

As far as I can see it is possible to export to BeerXML. However an import function is still missing. For example this website provides all the Brewdog Diydog recipes as BeerXML: https://brewdogrecipes.com/

Maybe a similar approach like the one with the json import is possible here, too. Simply convert BeerXML to xsud inmemory and use the sanity checks from the xsud import.
