Could you send me one of your results files so that I can have an eye on it? Idealy with the corresponding neuron overlay file as well. Are you taking about the axonal branches and length or about all neurites length. I believe this could be due to the fact that no axons are detected (no neurite match the axon definition criteria). If you can't sent it through github please email me on Benoit.Boulan@ircm.qc.ca I will have a look on it asap.

Hi there,
I was just wondering if you could give me a hand with an issue I'm facing using autoneuritej. When all the data is finally generated, there is no branch number, or branch length outputted. My colleague uses this plugin a lot for analysis and has walked me through it numerous times yet we still face the same issue.
