Part 2 not working due to "no summary found" #17

Hi there, I've been using the plugging previously with no problem. Things has been fine until recently I run into a problem of Part 2 . The interface keep showing up an error of "macro error no summary found". Anyone encounter the same problem?

Hi Rose,

I believe this is due to the fact that for some reason the segmentation went wrong in the part I thus the part 2 do not find any neurone to isolate. Could you double check if the image files from the part 1 do contain binary images of the neurons as well as binary image of the nuclei (It happened to me having no nuclei segmented due to wrong parameters in the inclusion criteria of the part 1).
