Attend Gnome-related conferences

Just a bug about it.
Fosdem seems out of the way for visa/business trips related issues.(I
wouldn't be able to make a technical speech myself).
We however have to think about what's coming next: sprints, Gnome
Conferences (Guademy, Guadec..), Ubuntu Developper Summit..

 Things to take into account:
 * visa delays (if applicable)
 * applying for sponsorships
 * having some slides ready about the app

Because Americans don't need a visa there are few EU-visa issuers in the states.
Going to the EU is always going to be troublesome for me.

I never realized it was so difficult. Let me consult some Chinese friends on 
this.

This is not a Defect anyways.

The only suitable event is FESDOM. Other events are organized by enterprises and
concentrates on big things. I'll post the reference later(at live.gnome.org)
