Menu with Select mark plus icon doesn't show icon #618

Menus that have a radio button (possibly also check mark), together with an 
icon will only show the selected/unselected mark ,and not the icon. 

This is mostly commonly used in the "Send To" menu of a Pidgin conversation 
window, where it's relatively important; the icon describes which protocol a 
given username belongs to, which is an important disambiguation when you have 
accounts with the same user name on a different protocol.
