Multiple monitor issue #626

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Drag open active window to secondary monitor
2. -

What is the expected output?
Global menu controls should remain in panel.

What do you see instead?
The menu items for the still active window are lost and instead replaced by the 
menu items of the last active application on the primary monitor.

What version of the Global Menu are you using? On what operating system?
Unsure (latest through apt-get from PPA repository)

What version of Vala are you using? (if your Global Menu is built from git)
N/A

Please provide any additional information below.

Face palm.... I just found the option to fix this in the settings.
