A particular program has permanently lost its menubar #662

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the Global Menu
2. Run Aegisub (www.aegisub.org)
3. Uninstall the Global Menu

What is the expected output?
The menu bar should be reverted back to its original setting.

What do you see instead?
The menu bar vanishes permanently. Not even setting the "Show local menu in 
window" will revert the setting.

What version of the Global Menu are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.7.10, Ubuntu Maverick.

Please provide any additional information below.
Is there a way to set the Global Menu to force the showing of a particular menu?
