Consider let us use our own GPT-4 in Azure

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Instead of relying on some cookie capture technique, using our own model deployed in Azure would be cleaner, easier and more reliable.

Describe the solution you'd like Use some kind of configuration option to specify an endpoint of a GPT-4 model and a key.

Describe alternatives you've considered Alternative would be stay like this until an official GPT-4 API is widely available.

I merged the PR to support custom url. Will add some more supports to local models based on the implementation.
