Adds description for every option of the choose information source selection. The user can easily figure out which option is most suitable.

tool Paste the output of the security test tool used
user-comments
web Paste the relevant content of a web page
deafult Write whatever you want, the tool will handle it

tool name will have the default color cyan tool description will have LightSeaGreen color
