Have different settings for every #extra #68

When you use /extra #trigger there should be another variable that tells the bot if you want to send that extra in the group or in PM.

For now we have the option to send extras in PM in /menu but it sends ALL extra in PM, it would be cool to be able to set which extras go in PM and which don't.
