Gimp 2.10.34 doesn't detect Gmic 3.2.6 plugin on Windows 10 #12

The plugin is not detected, not available in the menu although both installs went well (gimp & gmic) Plugin installed in C:\Users\despo\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\plug-ins and is visible from gimp's plugin directory browser.

Fixed by adding dll's from the stand alone qt version into the plugin directory
