Accidently did /kill @e and no more chests and spawners in dungeons #185

Hi there as you already know from the title, I accidentally did /kill @e. now whenever I spawn in or find a dungeon, its completely empty meaning there are no chests or spawners. Can you please help me fix this? I do not even remember when I did /kill @e but I do remember that I did it in the first place.
