Error in: "file".json: Not a JSON Object: null #194

getting the error as shown in the [subject] while editing files with my modpack. Whenever i edit the settings files and then do a "settings reload" i am getting this message, most of the error messages are quite easy to understand but this is not. Any help is appreciated! 2019-09-03_01 48 16 .

Hello @Alan19, there isnt anyway way to message people on here so this is the only way i could think of and if you read this please respond if you will, i would really like some help and you seem like the most knowledgeable person on this beside the creator.
