Antenna switch still present when backpack is not supported #2

Describe the bug The Antenna switch (in ACE Interact, but possibly also ActionMenu) is still available, even when the backpack is not supported.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Take a random backpack (non ILBE)
  2. Take a ILBA antenna
  3. See option to switch antenna is present...

Expected behavior Switch antenna should only be possible when player has A) has a compatible backpack and B) has a compatible antenna.
