Remove author's personal settings.json from release #13

The current (1.0.1 although the updater thinks it's 1.0.2) version includes the author's settings.json file with 200~ mods, users who download the launcher without using an existing settings.json file will be confused why there's a launch dialog for 200 mods not existing anymore.

I will admit to being confused by the dialog for 200 nonexistent mods when I launched this for the first time after updating today.

Any chance of throwing out an update that stops the different version message from coming up every time??? :)
