WIP: Update gildas to dec17a version #10

Update gildas to the latest upstream
Drop the format-security.patch which has been included upstream
Patch the configure-like script to check the return code

This is NOT ready to be merged, we need need to fix #7 first (the last patch should help because the error is not caught during the build)

This package does not build yet, there is another issue with a missing header file. Sorry I've should have made this clearer. I'll submit a new PR that fixes the problem.
