Use of "iso week" does not lead to "right" behaviour when performing optimization per week #43

When performing optimization per week, and using the resolution by week, we would assume that chronix2grid solves only one optimization problem.

However, if your data does not start a monday (or a sunday, i did not checked) then chronix2grid will split the resolution in 2 partial weeks (and you will get trouble "at the junction")
