In gen.csv, heat value unit for Start Heat Cold, Start Heat Hot and Fuel Price seems not consistent with their explanation (even the denotation is different) in the related README.md file.
It is something very minor but can be confusing indeed new users.
By the way, it would also be more clear to explicit the unit for Variable O&M charge.
