RTS-GMLC in Digsilent PowerFactory format #143

Dear colleagues,

To run your model under Digsilent PowerFactory, we have ported it to PowerFactory format (*.pfd). No scripted conversion was used, we have built the model "by hand", based on the source data, doing conversions to other units where necessary. We thought of sharing it back to the community so others can benefit from it, and let you integrate it into your repository. That said, the decision is of course entirely yours.

Hi @proggy, I'm happy to merge this PR. But, I do have plans to refactor this repository and remove the tool specific formatted files. They are simply too hard to maintain and synchronize with any changes in the dataset. I expect that in the coming months, I'll delete the formatted data folder and request that the contributor of each tool format create a standalone repo that references the commit on the main data repo. I'll also add links to the tool specific repos so that people can find the known formatted versions. Just let me know how you'd like to proceed.

Dear Clayton, That sounds like a good plan! From then on, you could simply include a link to our "official" repository here: https://data.jrc.ec.europa.eu/dataset/9a4655de-fa50-406e-9621-9ad456220633 In the meantime, until you change the workflow, perhaps you could still add the formatted version to your repo. But your choice. Daniel
