Added installation scripts for GridPACK. There are two scripts.

install_gridpack_deps.sh : Install GridPACK dependency packages Boost, GlobalArrays, and PETSc
install_gridpack.sh: Install GridPACK source and its python version

To install GridPACK, simply source these files.
