[FR] Add ability to pause animation between operations #244

When animating a toolpath with multiple steps, it would be convenient to be able to pause the animation between steps. This would let you fast-forward through the steps that are working and allow you to single-step through the ones that need more attention. This could be a check box next to the VCR controls for the animation.
