cnc: feed rate ratio for roughing operations #252

I have recently begun experimenting with a CNC machine. I employed the roughing operation initially, followed by an outline operation, and finally, I utilized a contour operation to complete the fabrication of my part.

For the roughing operation, I configured the following settings: feed rate: 400mm/min, step over: 0.5.

While executing the roughing operation, I observed that the maximum feed rate is attained exclusively in the regions with the 0.5 step over and that full cut areas (e.g. first cut on a layer) is restricted to half the feed rate, i.e., 200mm/min. Although my CNC machine can handle 500mm/min for step over areas, I must decrease the feed rate to 150mm/min for full cuts via an override. Using that override, my max feed rate is constrained to 300mm/min instead of 500mm/min. Would it be feasible to introduce a ratio parameter in the roughing menu? This parameter could be named "ratio of feed rate for full cuts" and set to 0.5 by default, possibly hidden behind a general "expert" menu option.

I've requested too much power from my tiny machine & found better feed and DOC settings. -> Less DOC, higher feeds, full motor RPM
