update packages in package.json #257

remove pixijs (I couldn't find any references to this in the code please let me know if I'm wrong than I will add it back) update tween and tween reference location update moment and update three.js to latest version with same directory structure

I've tested these changes locally but my tests were limited so I'm not 100% sure I didn't miss anything. please test before merging

will test in a bit. to ensure uglify still works with changes, start node process with and without debug cmd line option and open in a private browsing tab

both ways of starting seem to work, and no errors in cli or in javascript console when using it
