Option to force pocket/trace clear direction. #275

Currently, pocket/trace clear operations will alternate where they start, either inner or outer.

It would be nice to be able to force these to always go from center->outward (or outer->center, if one preferred).

Is the problem that this causes an effective switch in cutting direction? is it OK to go inner/outer -> outer/inner if the cutting direction changed to compensate?
