Website Branding Changes #13

Made changes to bring website in line with Gridcoin branding direction

Font changed to Source Sans Pro throughout
Logo colour change on index.html
New backgrounds replacing DNA / high-rise building images
Colour, alignment and size changes to fonts on both index.html and throughout
Colour & style changes to bullet points on lists
Testimonial styling edited to show direct quotes from individuals in quotation marks / italics

Any updates on this PR? If it's incompatible in any way with everything else or is misbehaving then do let me know so I can make relevant changes and get a new request in :)

@Joshoeah: There are some cosmetic defects on /index.html and /projects.html. I can fix /projects.html, but /index.html is missing graphics.

@Joshoeah: I've replaced the missing images with their original placeholders. The updated theme is live now at https://gridcoin.science/
