Trouble with Baidu download #36

Would it be possible for you to provide epoch_4_checkpoint.pth.tar via google or similar now? I know that there was an issue you closed in June 2018... It seems that the Baidu download requires heavy installations (coming with instructions in Chinese) before you are able to download anything.
