Add "mail it" button to planned date view #53

The button should send out a mail to all groupmembers with the date info, notes, who's available.

Afterwards the button should change state to "Mail sent" and be unusable (to prevent spamspamspamspammityspam)

Added to planned-ui-tweaks-#3 branch.

Mailed state needs to be saved and loaded from db still. Spamspammityspam is currently possible.
