Apparently the availability -> plan workflow is not clear in the interface to new users. 50% (out of 4) think the planning UI is where they input availability.
The fix: Split them even more clearly: only show planning after availability is input.
We can also add a confirmation of availability. That would make it clear when everybody has input their data and planning can begin. Also makes it clearer when no one is available.
