Header should contain:

User information can be found in 'user'. This value is added to pages that requires you to sign in. Currently this is only /planner

With handlebars implemented on the server side, the header template might be created as 'part' that can be included in different pages.

Header is different on almost each page so making it a part is unhandy right now. Closing this and we'll check it out when refactoring/cleaning.
