All the speakers will join the dinner. Only think we need to figure it out is when.

Educational Course is scheduled for 22nd - 8am-5pm

Opening Ceremonies is 17:30-18:45 and ppl would like to go there

  1. Let's try to do evening of 23rd
  2. Combine the edu course and symposium ppl
  3. We arrange a dinner at restaurant and a subsequent bar destination
  4. For bar destination we try to get all of the conference (who we know / like / care about ) to end up there that night
  5. Check if there's anything else going on that eve. There might be some informal events not advertised yet. If so then that's simple, that becomes the bar destination.
  6. We message speakers individually to see if this time works for them. Better than a group e-mail, because some are unavailable others might be less interested.
  7. I will send the e-mail proposing this to ppl as I can then also mention that I will only be at the conf for the first 2 days and would really like to be able to chill and shoot the shit with person x. Everyone loves me deeply and wants to hang out with me always* so that will be an additional pull
