Test examples of single-node TVB model runs #4

@JohnGriffiths During the meeting on Friday you mentioned an example of a single-node TVB as I am not entirely sure how to build one (the TVB examples I have always seem to be multiple nodes). I am still working on writing the documentation for the examples (which I should be finished with tomorrow). However, I can start working on this part once I am finished with the 'examples' folder. Is there an example I can use to understand how the single-node works and how to implement it? Or specific documentation I can read?
