turn server not working #116

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.turn server rfc5766 installed in ubuntu 12.04
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To make audio and video calls with linphone as a soft client between two access 
points.
when the call is intiated ,i could not see any rtp streams flowing through 
between two clients and there is no audio and video.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
turnserver 3.2.2.912 on ubuntu 12.04 64-bit operating system

Please provide any additional information below.
iam attaching turnserver log and sip capture.please help me  in this issue

In the log file there are no TURN requests - only STUN BINDING requests. That 
means that the ICE process decides that the TURN is not necessary and it is not 
establishing TURN sessions (for whatever reasons). So this problem is not 
caused by the TURN server.

Also, it is not a good idea to file an issue of type "it is not working". 
First, you have to investigate the problem and ask questions on the forum(s). 
Filing an issue just to discuss the problem is not a very polite approach.
