Disable Schematics checks (airliquidplace) #1030

Describe the bug and how to replicate it

I already put - "!AurLiquidPlace" in punishments.yml but it didnt disable it I want people to use shematica.

Did you put !AurLiquidPlace or !AirLiquidPlace

try setting the cancelvl to a high number
