Fastbreak with enchanted pickaxe false positive #1656

Describe the false positive and how to replicate it

Enchanted diamond pickaxe with Efficiency IV and Unbreaking III. Attempt to break stone blocks. Grim logging FastBreak on console and preventing block breaking.
