Describe the false positive and how to replicate it

1.Create cycle of redstone 2.Piston put cycle 3.Put on piston block (slap, trapdoor and others but it work on only non block ) 4.Start cycle https://youtu.be/rByKyCfoWHc

And i build latest github version grim not fixed

and switch creative fly on space flagged at vanila and dont say its optifine.
