How to replicate it if known

  1. start 1.21.1 server
  2. Click inventory

I think this is caused by spigot introducing backwards-incompatible change: https://jd.papermc.io/paper/1.20.6/org/bukkit/inventory/InventoryView.html https://jd.papermc.io/paper/1.21.1/org/bukkit/inventory/InventoryView.html

Somehow reinstalling the server fix that issue
