Check for hitting through walls #315

I though mojang would be competent enough to check for this in vanilla... but nope. It's relatively easy at least, minus falses from... yeah 0.03 will fuck this up, as to be expected.

Waiting on the ability to send packets on behalf of the player, which still isn’t implemented in PE due to the hacky Via injector.
