Circuit fabricator shows that you can use RS silicon as part of the wafer recipe however the machine will not accept the actual item. it does accept the galacticraft silicon.

To Do? add galacticraft silicon ore to the TE Pulverizer @ 5 per ore to match processing of the AA crusher?

Confirmed: GC Circuit Fabricator shows in JEI that it will accept Refined Storage Silicon, but it won't. What to do, hmm.

As a work around you can freely convert Galacticraft and Refined Storage Silicon.
